Microsoft today announced its first Windows 11 preview build. Windows Insiders can now download the Windows 11 Preview ( build 22000.51 ). This preview gives you access to the new Start screen, multitasking options, and the overhauled Microsoft Store. This preview is different from the HTML11 leaked . The official preview also includes an updated File Explorer. This replaces the ribbon and adds a command bar to make file administration easier. This initial preview will include many of the Windows 11 visual changes Microsoft revealed last Wednesday. This build also features the new Start menu and its launcher-like interface. Windows 11's lock screen also includes a parallax motion effect. The preview includes Windows 11's latest themes and improvements to dark / bright mode. Also included is the new Widgets option.
